Add videos section to www.sc.com.jo

We need to add new video section for our company website www.sc.com.jo we dont have preference or way of doing it, if you are interested in this kindly check the below and advise,

kindly review the below requirements and advise your feedback,
1- add new link "Videos" to the top links appear at our website, between the services and certifications links.
2-when clicked it will take you to the videos sections which will look like the references sections, moving horizontal bar
3-once clicked, it will take you to the videos page with list of all the website listed videos with the ability to play them.
4-also we need to be able to link videos with services, similar to the current behavior of linking documents and additional details with products.
5-videos will be hosted at our website and we will need an administration area to be able to add and remove videos beside modifying its attributes.

our website is being developed using Drupal.
