Add thumbnail tooltips to revolution slider plugin in wordpress

I'm using wordpress
I Have the revolution slider on my front page.
THIS IS A SIMPLE CUSTOMIZATION, SHOULD NOT TAKE A PRO MORE THAN A COUPLE OF HOURS TO DO, AND IF YOU NEED DAYS AND ARE BIDDING ABOVE BUDGET, YOU NEED TO GO BACK TO SCHOOL AND STUDY
I'd like to have a slide with a background image, that is static and doesn't move.
Then in the bottom right corner i'd like to have a small slider of 3-4 visible thumbnails ,
When you rollover the thumbnail a tool tip pops up with info

To better illustrate, its a mortgage (real estate) website,
the big background image is a picture of a building

The small thumbnails are pictures of recent sales of buildings, and when you rollover, some text about the building pops up.
I've added a image with a wireframe layout
