Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of every page/module: Need the ability for people that have used a tradesman to rate the service they have had by four factors and leave descriptive comment/review. Need summary/average review scores to appear by each tradesman's directory listing.
Description of requirements/features: Need the ability for people that have used a tradesman to rate the service they have had by four factors and leave descriptive comment/review. Need summary/average review scores to appear by each tradesman's directory listing.
Envisage, could be done by amending comments on each tradesman's directory listing. Or could be done using for example Gravity Forms, this would need star rating added to a form and the ability to search for a tradesman which would then prefill the form with their details for reviewing.
