Add picture and info to word press website

General information for the website: we are a home construction company
Num. of web pages/modules: add couple of pics and info
Description of requirements/features: what I need done

1) change address and copy right date in the footer and contact page
2) delete a lease pdf and replace it with one I provide
3) add a picture of office to the project page
4) add a picture to the commercial rental page with description
5) add picture with description to up coming project page

NOTES: Do not submit a proposal if you have never worked on wordpress or do not understand basic English. This is a really simple job for an experienced word press programmer. Should be quick easy money since the website is already done and I am supplying all the information you will need. Also once I accept I also will supply the url Only use peopleperhour.com for communication this will need to be done in less than a week and shoud take less than an hour for an experienced programmer
