Add filters for product page- existing wordpress site

General information for the website: we sell watches
Description of requirements/features: my current site is wordpress based catalog ( no eCommerce ) it lists products as per brands and collections. we want some change is the way products are listed, need filters to be able to make things more user friendly. the document i share below has each and every point in detail for customization required .

can share wp admin panel and other details if we're the same page for deliverables and costing.
