The problem:
My WordPress website sells entry into a competition through WooCommerce. I am having a problem with the Order Received page which is displayed to customers after they have purchased their product. All of my products are downloadable which means there should be a download link on display on the Order Received page which directs customers to the correct download page. I accept my payments through PayPal but for some reason after payment when the customer returns from the PayPal site to my Order Received page the download link is not showing. It used to show a few days ago and it does still show if the customer uses a coupon but not when they pay through PayPal or Card. WooCommerce calls it a download but on my website the link actually takes customers to a page where they can upload a photo into our competition gallery. My products are assigned into 4 different categories and each category should have a different download link as shown below.
The job:
1. I need the correct download link to appear on the Order Received page every time.
2. I need the link to stand out so the customer can see they need to click it to upload their photo.
There are 4 product categories. Below are the correct links to show for each category.
Category name: Please choose an entry number for Anything Goes
Upload Link: http://photographyshare.co.uk/upload-image-to-anything-goes-contest
Category name: Please choose an entry number for City Life
Upload Link: http://photographyshare.co.uk/upload-image-to-city-life
Category name: Please choose an entry number for The Great Outdoors
Upload Link: http://photographyshare.co.uk/upload-image-to-the-great-outdoors
Category name: Please choose an entry number for Animal Friends
Upload Link: http://photographyshare.co.uk/upload-image-to-animal-friends
Alternatively to the above, you could set it so that customers are automatically forwarded to the correct download page after payment has been received?
