Add CMS to existing website. (Minimal editing required)

Very small website (4 pages) needs to have editable sections so that my client can update text and images with ease. The site is built it just need to be changed so that this can be done. It's only the content that will need editing. The rest of the site (header etc) wont need to be editable.
