Add chart for tracking data to user page on WP Membership site

I have a membership site and need to include a chart to each user profile page that will track data input manually every week/day.

The data needs to be added from the same profile page on the front end, if it's easier to get the chart working from the back end that's fine as long as each user see their own chart built by the data they will input every week/day.
