Add a few brief pages to Wordpress site, ideally today :-)

I need the following added to a Wordpress website, should be quite simple and straight forward:

campaign landing page:
page summarising the following three pages and linking to them

page 1: Promotion sign up form
I'll provide copy and need a page designed that looks nice and has a sign-up form that automatically sends an email and also creates a lead in Hubspot

page 2: Promotional sign up form - similar to above

page 3: Webinar sign up form
This will develop in coming weeks, but for today need a register your interest form that will collect email addresses, then in the next few weeks will also need something more sophisticated that is integrated with eventbrite (please quote to do both parts and we can pay for the first part today and the other bit in the next few weeks)

plus I need the top level page added to the site menu and any other small amends you might suggest?
