5 urgent wordpress site edits

need it done today

1) ensure SSL Padlock is showing on all pages. Seems to just show on home page
2) on the header GET QUOTE button on the header, doesn't go to anything, it should open up home page
3) on the header the email should open up mailto: email when clicking on it
3) add captcha to the contact us page / contact gravity form.
4) the logo of the website is covering up one of the menu pages, "what we do" please move that to the right of the logo.
