4 new webpages for my custom WordPress site - must be pixel perfect, high quality

I am a freelance web designer. Looking for a excellent WordPress developer with experience in customised site builds, sites that don't look like typical WordPress sites.

I have a custom WordPress site with around 8 pages. This have some very slick funtionality e.g. Javascript and JQuery effects etc. For example, I have 5 horizontal navigation options, on rollover a panel of text will appear below.

Anyways the bottom line is I currently have a page template to use with 2 columns etc. I would just like 1 of the pages to be enhanced further with a slideshow of quotes added to the contact page, possibly more form fields, things to increase conversion etc.

The other 3 pages are new but we will use the same template. These pages will be: features, process and the portfolio.

The features page will be a top 10 feature list with perhaps thumb nail images to the left hand side to represent each service. It will be a listing on the 1 page.

The process will be similar but will realistically be a 6 step process, with images or illustrations added at each stage e.g. plan, design, develop, test, deploy etc,

The portfolio page will be a bit slicker. We will add a overview paragraph at the top, shift the content to right hand column, add min of 3 screenshots of a site to the left hand column etc.
