24 hours ready simple wordpress site with splash screen

I hired a PPH freelancer for this site but after a month we are still in a poor looking beta http://50.22.131.158/~gaz2p9fe/ and it's 5 days he's not answering.
I have great problems with my customer: he's an agency with other customers and I risk to loose future works,
My only chance is getting this site in 24 hours. I can't get delay because I'm not sure I will get this 24 hours more.

This is the project:
I need a website for a customer.
It's a small sea resort where he has bar, restaurant and sunbathing stuff renting.
Here the details
- I will deploy it on a linux server
- the site must have a splash screen with (already existing) logo
- from the splash screen you must reach a breathtaking intro with photos of the resort
- intro or slider or show must be the most important thing because the customer expect to be amazed
- his company colours are black and orange: he wants black background.
- the structure of the sites must have these pages
- Bar: here he will put some sentences but above all photos of the bar
- Restaurant: some sentences, lots of photos
- Beach: some sentences, lots of photos
- Games & Fun: some sentences, lots of photos
- Events: something like a blog where he can write events and posts photos

I suppose wordpress would be the best solution

Site must be in Italian: I will provide translation and text later.

no credits and not your name must appear on site

this customers has a bar restaurant resort on beach and he never had a site
he answered that he want something explosive!
in my humble opinion it's the kind of customer that doesn't care about visitors and who wants to fill his eyes with photos and effects of his "creature": he told me he wants something that could be breathtaking, similar to this one

I need a NEW site not to manage this one http://50.22.131.158/~gaz2p9fe/ because it's the beta the freelancer has not completed and I opened a dispute for it.
