2 Page Drupal Site with Theme

I need a very basic Drupal 7 Site built with just 2 pages and a very basic clean theme.

The has very few features which can all be achieved using community modules.

Content:
A simple custom node including the fields:
Title, Image, Publisher*, Year*, Platform*, Genre*, Video URL, Star Rating*
* = Fields that can be used in combination as taxonomy filters

Features
User see a landing page with rotating JQuery header and call to action (Page 1).
Users can register and login with Facebook Account.
Users can register and login with Email / Password.
Users can view a list of content based on a combination of taxonomy terms (Page 2).
Users can click on a "Watch Now" button and view the video in a popup.
Users can rate content using a star rating system.
Users can invite friends to view a video.
Users can see a latest content block listing the latest videos.
Users can see a latest users block.

Theme
The site should have a simple and clean user interface (Like Twitter) with the Users Account Icon with drop down menu, a search box and home in a slim header bar (Internal pages only). Ideally you would use the twitter bootstap code. The pages should format correctly for both mobile and desktop.

Obviously we expect that Drupal standards will be followed for any coding and themeing. You will need to be familiar with SVN to publish to our server.
