Technical website content writing

I need a technical writer to write content for our website. Ideal person should be IT literate and be able to write some content from scratch and make changes to some content already written. As I work as consultant for various companies I am looking for a long term relationship if the work is found to be professional and engaging. Its relatively a small website. As it is a services website, thorough knowledge of technologies will not required. Things covered will be cloud computing, data security etc.
