Teaser Audio Book to promote e-book

I am after approximately 600 words (adult content) to be read as an "audio teaser".

Additionally/optionally/separate task, I may want same "audio" created as a video (for YouTube and others) with text that synchronizes with the audio (sentence by sentence, not word by word probably).

Ideally American accent, but definitely native English speaker - depending on how this goes may have fairly immediate need for 5 others, followed by ongoing work all of similar length. If you take one, you must be able to guarantee the remainder in similar timescales for each one.

Sample audios will be needed, ideally of appropriate content. Bashful people need not apply, non native English speakers need not apply. Very price sensitive, though I have no idea what to expect - a friend suggested $50. Each pieces takes under 5 minutes to read out loud, slowly!
