Teach me how to work on my iOS7 app.

As you can see this is a very simple/and unique type of project. If you are truly an expert and have a heart for teaching others, and like doing quick simple tasks, then this may be the right project for you.

I am looking for an iOS7 developer to do the following.
1) complete assigned tasks on current iOS7 project (installing SDKs)
2) screen record the process
3) deliver completed project & screen video
4) I will then replicate the process on my iOS project using your video as my guide
5) You then clarify any followup questions that may remain after I worked with your video.
... repeat with new task...

The types of tasks will include the following;
a) Advertising SDKs
b) Feature plugins (scringo, nextpeer, aviary, cocoapods etc)
c) In-app purchasing
d) Social plugins

Requirements:
- MUST use the latest iOS7 SDK and Xcode 5(familiar with new UIKIT features)
- MUST be up-to-date on the most innovative and newest plugins and features available. Innovative/out of the box thinking is crucial characteristic you must be able to demonstrate
- MUST be able to FULLY implement all features (ensure you can fully test plugins like Facebook or Twitter which may be blocked in certain countries)
- MUST provide video screenrecording (document may not be necessary if I can clearly follow the steps you took from watching the video) (video editing isn't necessary if you are only workgin on the task assigned, it should be a realtime recording)
- MUST speak fluent english (I must understand what you are saying in the recordings/written in document)
- MUST work fast and write efficient code (A task should not take longer than you need to complete it, I can always pause and rewind a video, so there is little need to go slow for me to catch up in real time. Just work as you would while it records)
- INDEPENDENT contractor highly preferred, but will consider iOS7 expertise more highly

- Your favorite new iOS7 feature and why
- have you done any screen recordings in the past, and the tool you will use
