Taxi reservations clerk

You will be required to answer telephone calls, email and live chat from mostly English speaking people who require to book an airport transfer or taxi somewhere in the world. Our base in London and Essex, England also runs a shareacab service and local knowledge will be required for this position.
You will be expected to take about 3 calls per hour on average. So there will be spare time inbetween calls.
You will look up the price on our online booking engines and if the client wishes to book, you will put the details into the booking form and take credit card details and enter them into our merchant services page to authorise payments.
You will also receive calls from passengers lost at airports and you will give them instructions of how to find their driver, this is in a database you will have access to.
You will be paid a basic per hour rate, please bid the rate you wish to work for, PLUS a bonus of 1% of the value of every booking that you take.
You will be provided with a VOIP telephone service to receive the calls and you must answer them in perfect ENGLISH.
All bookings are made via our portal on the internet.
This job is ongoing and will be paid per hour
Hours to be filled are 6am to 10pm UK time, weekday Plus Saturdays and Sundays 9am to 9pm.
We expect to cover this with 2/3 persons on shifts.
