Target driven Telesales Rep (work from home)

I run a small modelling agency and looking to recruit new models and also sell our added services to them. I need someone who can work from home and willing to work on a commision only basis to call some warm leads. These clients have all contacted us, there is no cold calling. The scenario is that you will call them to sign them up to the agency, but them sell them additional services that they may need. I will provide you with the leads, but this is a commission only role. So would suit someone looking for some extra money. The commission is very good, we use high profile clients for our services so should be an easy sell. Perfect for someone who has worked with a photography company before. You would need to be friendly, have a level of customer service but hot on the heels of closing the sale.
