Talented web developer required

We are developing a new website concept and we’re looking for a hard working, clever web developer to get involved in the project. I'm looking for long term involvement so please quote your day rate.

The site is an idea which is not currently in the market, so as we are still in feasibility it is potentially quite an exciting point to get involved. We would be looking for someone who can put forward ideas to develop and guide the concept and who would want to be part of the team going forward.
