Talented Graphic/web designer needed for corporate branding of communication mediums

The objectives of this project is to implement a new branding style throughout all mediums of communication we use between us and our clients. We have started with a brand new approach to our website design, which will launch in November. Due to this we aim to further compliment this new start with a fresh branding perspective. Our new branding identity should represent our values of being young, fresh, energetic, trustworthy and professional.

In this project we would like to have branding designs made for all mediums used in internal and external communication to match the redesign of our site ( link to new redesign). Given the nature of our business, this would include the following:

• Email / Email signatures
Email signatures should be professional, with a simplistic modern design. Creative links to our social profiles should also be included ( we are still working on our social profiles so we would like a version without the social links and one with them for the future). We are looking for something different that will set our business apart from what’s seen as traditional today. We would appreciate it if the use of images are kept at a minimum, as these are often blocked by mail clients. There for most of the design should rely on css and html. We are also open to the idea of having the entire body of the email designed in CSS & HTML, similar to what is done by Drop box, mail chimp, YouTube, twitter, etc.

Most importantly, the email design should not be confused with email newsletters. These emails will be used only for regular communication with our clients.

• Business documents
In order to create a uniform brand identity, we would like to standardize our business documents used in everyday communication. We create business documents for terms and conditions, info sheets etc. Therefore we would like to have a word template designed for these purposes. The template should have designs for a front cover, back cover and separation page between chapters.

• PDF forms
We require our clients to submit information in forms we create using Ms word. We would like to convert these forms to interactive PDF where clients can simple enter their information, save and send it back to us. These PDF forms should also carry our new brand identity and colors.

• Quotations
Similar to our Forms, we would like to design new quotations. This should be designed in word to allow for easy content customization where needed and carry are new brand identity.

• Letterhead / envelopes / business cards
To further complete our rebranding efforts, we would like to have letter heads created for our printed letters and set up in a word document for easy implementation with our offices.
