Topic: A table with all the vitamins and minerals in
Tone: Informal/Casual
A microsoft world table or excel giving information a small photo next to each one will be also needed so the list is:
1) vegetables
2) nuts/seeds
3)protein
4)fruits
So i need i)calories per 100 grams
ii)all the minerals per 100 grams
iii)all the vitamins per 100 grams
Iiii)protein per 100 grams
Iv)carbs per 100 grams
V)fat per 100 grams
Vi)fibers per 100 grams
Also a second document giving of all the vitamins in two categories the water soluble and fat soluble, plus the minerals with recommender a brief function of each one and sources of food...
And a 3rd one with all the E numbers on the food labels again function (the limit per day) and also why they are dangerous for u
