T-shirt tech specs

Dear All,

I am searching for someone to help put together tech specs for two t-shirts, one male and one female. The designs are basic (I will provide pics and information about detailing) but what I really need is the sizing to provide the pattern cutter with and to ensure accuracy. So to clarify, I need:

2 cad drawings of the designs
Measurements for 4 sizes on each t-shirt (these will include neckline and arm sizing also

Please provide me with a fixed cost for this work.
