Syntax error or access violation: 1286 Unknown storage engine 'InnoDB'

Hello

I have a server running our websites and a magento shopping cart. I am receiving the following email every five minutes (see below). I need this issue fixed this evening (23/05/2013) as our websites/ shopping carts have been down for the whole day.
