Survey for an MBA project

I am looking for a reliable person to conduct an web/online survey of IT professionals for my MBA project.

What is required:
I am looking about 300 IT professionals to complete my survey. Ideally the respondents should come from a single organisation. The location of the individuals is not of a constraint and can be based any country/location but the criterion for the survey is that all the respondents should all be IT professionals/Knowledge Workers (KW).

The Topic of survey is Performance Management of Knowledge Workers in IT services organisations in the Emerging Global Business Scenario.

The objective of this survey is to examine the perceptions and perception gaps on performance between Knowledge Workers (KW) and Human Resource Personnel (HR) in the Information Technology (IT) services industry and draw inferences on pointers to holistic approach to performance management of KW.

You are confident that you can get about 300 IT professionals from a single organisation to complete the survey please bid for my project


IT professionals for the survey should be uniformly distributed and should be same IT organization,

(a) SW Project (development, enhancement, maintenance,...)
(b) Project management
(c) Technology
(e) Innovation / new products
(f) Managerial / Support functions (primarily HR handling performance management..)

The responses as well as the contacts will be kept confidential. I can share the findings of the survey to you; you find this useful professionally.


Kindly note that you are not required to deign the survey, but will be responsible for the execution of the survey and ensure that the users complete the survey in full.
