Support Manual for franchisees

Hi I have a franchisee business that we are selling , we need to create a user manual/training manual give advice such as "how to dress when going to a clients premises, what to do and not to do, how to act etc...I have composed some info that you can use to base your work on, you will also need to add other sections that may be missing that one would expect to see in such a document. We are looking to send this off in a PDF form,So this needs to look professionaly done, also we will need files so we can print and form a bounded guide in our folder.
