Supplier Manual document needs re-designing in In-Design

We have a 45 page A4 supplier manual that has been produced in Word with a mix of text, graphics and images. This all needs to be re-designed in InDesign, in accordance with our brand guidelines to make it look on brand. We are a high-end fashion company so this has to be designed to the highest standards.
I will supply the brand guidelines and all fonts, images etc.
We will deal with final output to pdf, print etc.
Final document needs to be compatible with InDesign CS5.5

Immediate start.
Deadline Thursday 22nd August.

I will require site of previous work for reference.
