Super 8 Movie to AVI required

I have 3 reels of super 8 cine film (approx 3 minutes each) that I need to be transfered to AVI digital format, they are old home movies that have alot of sentimental value. I would prefer to deal with someone in the South Wales Area (Swansea) as I don't want to post them and would rather hand deliver them. Everyone I find online only want to charge for a full 30 transfer (10 Reels) and feel that they are being unfair.
I would like to see an example of your work if you could give me links etc as well as your portfolio.
