Sun Solaris System Administrator - SC Cleared

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in a highly reputable Defence Organisation based in Mons, Belgium. The contract duration is 6 months, with multiple options for further extensions.

Applicants shall have a valid Security Clearance!

Essential Requirements
- UNIX System Administrator with at least 3 years recent & proven hands-on experience with (all equally important):
- The installation, monitoring, configuration and patching (firmware) of
- Sun Microsystems server hardware
- Sun Microsystems and Hewlett Packard storage hardware (NAS/SAN/tape drive and tape library)
- Storage technology (Fibre Channel, NFS, ZFS)
- The installation, monitoring, tuning/configuring, patching, auditing and hardening/securing of the Solaris 10 operating system in a networked environment
- Networking (Firewall, LAN/WAN)
- Solaris 10 Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Configuration management and version control
