Summer Party invitation to send out on email (html & pdf versions)

Could you please let me know how much you would charge to do two designs – one for a ‘Save The Date’ and then re-worked for the actual invitation. We would like to send the invitations out by email so would like them in html if possible and would also like to be able to send out a pdf version.

It is a summer party in our offices but is going to have a Viking theme! so needs to be informal and fun but appropriate for a corporate setting.

We’d like to be able to send the ‘Save the Date’ emails out next week at some point if possible.
