Students Portal and Human Resources Portal

The student portal and Human Resources portals are going to be two separate apps that does almost the same thing with a little diversity.

The student portal shall be used to collect students data such as name, address, mobile, department, faculty, levels, guardian or parents contact details, signature, passport, bursary details, school fees and other dues paid, finger print etc.

An API shall be provided for the developers to be able to integrate a card that shall come with a chip and a jar phone app.

Each students data shall be tagged to a card which shall be given to the student. The card shall contain all the details of the student that can be found on the application.

Users shall be: super admin, admins, school management (student affairs staff, lecturers etc), students (end users).

The super admin shall be the one to create all the users on the app.
Admins duties shall include adding students data and updating existing data etc.
School management shall be able to update students data and also view all students data and details.
Students can only view their data and also edit some of their data which can only reflect on the application if the admin approves what the student is requesting to change.

The Human Resources portal shall be same like the students but shall work thus:

It shall be used to collect and upload staffs data.
Data collected and uploaded shall be names, mobile, address, guarantor, guarantors details, qualifications, department, title, status (active or inactive), salary, staff assessment, etc.

Users: super admin, admins(Human Resource Manager), heads of departments, staffs.

Super admin creates all users, departments and maintains them.

Admin has the role of creating and maintaining staff records.
Heads of department can only view all their subordinate's details but cannot edit in anyway.
Staffs can only view their individual details.
