Structural Equation Modeling expert to analyze my data

I have short data with 100 cases only. I have done reliability analysis using alpha coefficient and correlation using Pearson correlation. then I had to do correction for attenuation. however the correction lead to overestimation of the correlation because my reliability was below 0.70. when the paper was submitted to publication the editors recommend using other way to calculate for correlation and correct it and he suggest reading the reference.
