Structural Engineering general arrangements

I am a small Structural Engineering Consultancy based in Somerset.
I undertake domestic and small commercial projects. I am a Chartered SE and cad fluent however, due to work load etc need help with cad drawings.
I am looking for someone from a structural background who can work from either marked up pdf's and/or Architects layouts with my design sizes.
Note: This requires a bit more than a 'tracer'.I am looking for a technician or similar who can work up Steel connection details etc and think for themselves.I check all work prepared by my freelancers

Presently I have a large domestic extension which requires detailing of the Steelwork. This needs to be carried out by early next week Feb 18-19th.
