My architect has made some drawings for a house extension, planning approval done; what I need is a structural engineer to make the necessary steel calcs etc for the work so I can then get build quotes.
My only concern is whether this can be done without physically seeing the property.
The house is a 1950's standard built 2 bedroom detached
