Static HTML to Wordpress Design URGENT

Hi people

i have a site i need converting to wordpress, this is urgent its got a limited funds, im being let down bad style and i need someone who can do the job.

www.heredesign.co.uk is the page it HAS to be like.

i maybe pushing my luck with this budget, however this is all i have been given and the last guy is letting me down when i have a deadline of tomorrow to complete this.

Only serious applicants that i can hold of all day tomorrow and today please to ensure that this can be completed, and to a high spec.
