I'm looking for someone who can design/create both static and animated banner ads for each size available on Google's Display Network.
The designs need to look slick, neat and modern. Our website is topclickmedia.co.uk. We need banners to focus individually for PPC, SEO and Web Design services.
Ideally before we ask you to roll out with all the banners, could you design some draft designs which we can choose from.
