Substantial volume of work available for the right person. We have a site almost at completion. The site is for children/families and contains a search for places to visit facility (by postcode) and an advertisers section, amongst other things. The postcode search on the places is already in place but needs minor adjustment.
The first job I would like the developer to do is to create a SQL/AJAX query on the business advertisers page. There are 2 fields in the search:
1. Search by business name/keywords
2. Search by postcode, town, city, county
Both these fields are simple text fields, like yell.com
I would also like the page to initially load with 10 random businesses (before people search).
I would like it to be done using AJAX and have pagination.
We will only have around 1000 businesses in total. At the moment there are only around 20.
If this first job goes well there are many other changes required on the site all involving AJAX/SQL queries.
