SPSS Analysis for Project due 15 July

I am conducting research on teacher effectiveness as part of a capstone project to graduate with a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.

I require a research analyst to review the data I have collected in SPSS. I have done the basic analysis and the results table is attached. The datafile has been set-up in SPSS.

So far, as you can see from the results table, my hypothesis was not supported - none of the positive traits are correlated with teacher performance. I have looked for moderators, but I am having difficulty working with the categorical (ordinal) variables.

I would like you to determine if any of the 5 teacher traits are predictive of median rate of growth, parent satisfaction, % making typical growth or midyear principal rating using % of low income students and years of experience as moderators. In particular, I would like you to help me to divide the data into categories based on these moderators and run the analysis in this manner.

I will provide the winning bidder with the introduction and methods section for more clarity as well as a detailed list of the variables. I would appreciate the opportunity to talk through the data to better understand your thoughts and next steps for investigation.

Attached is the IRB proposal which will offer a solid background to the project. A draft paper is due to my advisor on 15 July. Please be able to complete this work by Wednesday 11/7/12.

I would like you to provide your findings to me in APA format in both a table and written formats.
