Spreadsheet formatting with Sage codes for import

I have a job that I need completed by mid March. I have downloaded a bank statement for one of my clients for Jan 11 - Dec 11 and need it formatted ready import into Sage (I will do the import). I have the data from the previous year as a guide. Need to be good with Excel using filters and know the Sage codes quite well. There is no VAT involved with the data so the T code is always T9. Looking for someone local to Worthing, West Sussex. Quite a boring tedious job, but shouldn't take more than 4-5 hours.
