Sports Forums Marketing

I have created a sports social networking website that I need someone to market on internet sports forums, mainly the UK and the US, The candiadate will have to ensure they are using frequently used and popular forums that have many constant users. The candidate will have to update these forums regularly and post constantly to ensure full marketing potential. In addition the candidate will have to do viral marketing daily. A video which we have created which promotes the website will also have to be marketed and posted as a top priority. All these activities and progress will have to reported and checked.
Need this all done on a monthly basis, willing to pay upto $100 a month, 1st i will need to know how much you can do and what? before giving you the job
