Sponsorship sales executive

We are a conference organizing company putting together a London based event within Teleocom/Banking sector.

We are looking for a sponsership sales expert

Ideally we would prefer a person with sales experience in same industry. Key expectations are -

- Make outbound calls every day to senior executives
- Spend minimum of 2 hrs on the phone every day (10 hrs per week)
- Arrange Weekly call backs for decision
- Follow consultative sales process (identify needs and match with the program)
- Generate 5 good decisions every day (email proposals)
- Create a pipeline of 25 prospects every week
- Out of these 25 prospects convert min 1 paying sponsor/ exhibitor every week (till the event dates)
- Target is about 10 paid sponsors/exhibitors for the event
- Period is 2 months (about 10 weeks starting Jan 4th 2012– March 14th 2012)
- Revenue Target is GBP £80000/-

Average deal size will be 3000-5000 gbp. We will pay 10% of every sale once the client has paid. This is commission only job which gives opportunity to make good money for the right candidate.
