Speed Up One Page Wordpress

Thank you for reading my post!

I have a one page wordpress site www.iconsultants.uk.com which has some video files embedded in to it. The load time is very slow and would like the speed to be improved dramatically.


I have purchased hourlies before and it seems like many people here are running software that looks at redundant code and deletes it...hence speeding up load time. However, this has caused problems as many of the links on the site are then broken.....

Please review this site and propose what can be done....
