Special Carbon Fiber Propeller for Multi Rotors

Hi

I want some special carbon fiber propeller "MOLD" design, so I can start creating my carbon fiber propellers using molds.

I want it for different sizes, like
12x3.8
12x4
13x4.5
13.5x4
13x5
14x7
etc.

If possible (I don't know if it's possible) I want to change some variables in a software like SolidWorks so I can have different size props.
