Sort out my website!

I have bought a domain name and have a very basic website but have found this extremely difficult to use. I am looking for someone who can design and build me a new website using the same domain name with the standard number of pages (About/Home/Clients/Services/Contact) as well as sort out a number of email addresses associated with this site. As you can probable tell, I am a novice where this is concerned, so the price quoted is a guide only. I need this doing asap.
