Someone to finish website from template, sort file structure and images sizes etc

General information for the website: The website is a very simple one page style template Yoyo from joomlashine. This is a joomla website. The company is an events production company recently moved to new area.
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of every page/module: Areas that need doing are - some images created for main header promo one to be the logo that would also like editing slightly. an about us section, services offered area, previous events image area, and contact form. Description of requirements/features: I need someone to update template with required images and information, remove any un-needed files or folders. ensure all text and images are sized for maximum speed of site and seo. ensure all coding is correct. once site is completed will need existing site on main domain removing and the new site transferring on to it.

In addition the current logo i would like altering to match the sister company logo (tempestlive.co.uk) i have the full artwork files for this logo.
