Someone to do PR in Bristol

This is advance notice and the majority of work will not be immediate. In October I'm hoping to launch a new network based on 'avoiding the money system' by bartering and exchanging.
I specifically need a Bristolian who knows people who can get the word around. I would not expect to launch anything above the line until the beginning of September but I will compensate someone prior to this date for their local knowledge, contacts and professional advice.
