Solicitor

We are a recruitment company focussing on permanent appointments, and currently operate a simple set of terms and conditions (3 pages). A client has asked to vary these slightly and has added a small number of changes. We would like to know the impact of these changes.

We suspect it is a very easy task for someone qualified (no more than 30 minutes work) and this is an opportunity for us to build a relationship with a solcitor, who would enjoy engaging with us on an ad hoc basis.
