I have a good command of basic HTML but need help to fill in the tricky bits: information gathering and automatic transferring to spreadsheet for use by GroupMailing for mail shots. Creating blog in WordPress. The web-site will publish a new way of training with weights that gives bigger muscles in a shorter time. I want to run 3 or 4 different web-pages rotating every few weeks with a launch date in the autumn adding videos as we get well-known bodybuilders on board. The reason for this is that no one believes it is possible to increase the weights you are using at every workout but it is like transferring from propeller-driven aircraft to jet engines. It HAS been done. People tend to be suspicious of the web too. Initially we will publish in English but follow up in French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish.
