Migrate wiki content from trac to confluence

Description of requirements/functionality: We want to migrate our trac wiki to a Confluence Wiki. Currently trac is self-hosted but our new Confluence wiki is hosted by Atlassian (the makers of Confluence).

The Universal Wiki Converter tool (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.uwc) is a starting point, but has some serious issues:

* Attachments aren't migrated.
* Some pages fail to convert.
* There are multiple formatting issues in the converted pages
* We have some custom trac link formats that we would like to migrate. we use InterMapTxt so we can write y:b0fcfb727 and get a link to https://github.com/yiisoft/yii/commit/b0fcfb7273f0af7

To complete this project, the UWC, written in Java, will need updating to fix the current conversion issues. In addition some scripting will need to be done on the trac side to get the trac Attachments in a format that the UWC can use.

Details:
* We have 418 trac pages, and 171 attachments.
* trac is hosted on a EC2 machine, Ubuntu.
* The trac database is mysql.

Acceptance criteria: We will consider the project successful if all pages and attachements are migrated and the new wiki is readable and without broken links.

We are happy for any changes to UWC to be contributed back to the community to help other people who want to cronvert trac to Confluence.
