YOUTUBE SUBSCRIBER, VIEWS AND LIKES PROMOTION

Hi. I have a PPH Seller that I have used for a few years that I am very happy with who promotes my social media platforms for me but he is expensive for this type of project. I have 2 x demonetised youtube channels due to INVALID ACTIVITY that I believe came from a PPH Seller providing fake services and now the YouTube Moneytisation is permanently disabled.

I have a NEW Youtube channel that I do not want to promote at all with fake services but I want to increase the subscribers and views and likes on the 2 older demonetised channels as to create a larger presence and bigger hype around my new channel

The subscribers can be cheap / fake as they do not need to interact on the channels, just add a large number of likes and views and subs but these must be NON DROP and when YouTube updates THEY MUST NOT DROP or this will ruin the reputation of the new channel also.
