Youtube channel banner and logo

I have started a Youtube gaming channel and I am looking for someone to design a professional looking logo and banner. I am looking for a cartoon style banner. Maybe incorparating some of my favourite games such as Overwatch, rainbow Six seige and wolf among us. However that isnt important i just want a colourful logo and banner to make my page look better. I am thinking of a blue colour scheme or similar I am hoping for a maximum of £20 spending on this however i am able to adjust a bit depending on the quality of work.
